The 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals took place from March 26-30 and marked the second qualifying stage for this year’s CrossFit Games. With tens of thousands of athletes participating in the Quarterfinals, the organizers had to review the scores that were submitted and have now finalized the leaderboards. Consequently, Austin Hatfield and Kyra Milligan topped the leaderboards of the Quarterfinals in their respective divisions.

The 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals consisted of four workouts, giving the athletes a five-day window to complete the tests and submit their scores. All workouts were meticulously designed to test all aspects of fitness, making sure to filter the athletes based on their physical readiness, technical ability, and mental resilience. As such, it set the stage for the 2026 CrossFit Semifinals.

2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals Winners

Austin Hatfield has been doing CrossFit for multiple years now but really made his breakthrough back in 2024 when he qualified for the CrossFit Games. Moreover, he ended up in 10th place, which was an impressive result for a rookie. However, Hatfield has only continued improving since, having placed fifth at the 2025 CrossFit Games. He continues to show signs of progress once again, as seen in his performance at the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals.

Austin Hatfield’s performance at the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals was incredible, to say the least. He never placed lower than 19th, with three of his workouts resulting in a top 10 finish. As a result, Austin secured a convincing win, beating Jeffrey Adler by exactly 20 points.

Kyra Milligan is another up-and-comer, as her win at the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals proves that she is ready to battle against anyone on the biggest stage. Milligan has made two CrossFit Games appearances, with one coming in the individual division back in 2024, along with one team participation one year prior. Milligan finished in 22nd place at her only individual Games appearance. However, she is now looking to get back to the prestigious competition, where she would undoubtedly be targeting an even better finish.

Kyra Milligan started off the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals with a 22nd-place finish. This was a remarkable result, but it paled in comparison to her performances in the remaining three events, where Kyra proceeded to place sixth, first, and second, respectively. So, she ended up with a total of 31 points, which secured her the top spot.

The Semifinals are set to take place from mid-April until June.
