The 2026 Syndicate Crown CrossFit Semifinal took place on May 29-31 in Knoxville, Tennessee. It was one of the final in-person events of the Semifinal stage, with the top three spots in both the men’s and women’s divisions carrying a qualifying ticket for the CrossFit Games. The Syndicate Crown was decided after six workouts, with Saxon Panchik and Lydia Fish claiming gold.

Men

The battle for the podium in the men’s division of the 2026 Syndicate Crown CrossFit Semifinal came down to the final moments of the competition. Namely, the top five athletes ended up being separated by just 30 points, but only the top three directly qualified for the Games. Saxon Panchik ended up taking the overall win, which means that he will make his eighth appearance at the upcoming CrossFit Games.

Ty Jenkins and Austin Hatfield tied on points for second-place, with the tiebreaker going in favor of Jenkins, who had two event wins. However, it did not make much of a difference for Hatfield, as he also qualified for the Games by placing third.

Women

Contrary to the men’s division, Lydia Fish recorded a convincing win at the 2026 Syndicate Crown CrossFit Semifinal and beat 39 other women. Lydia won two events but also placed inside the top six across all remaining workouts. As a result, she ended up with 570 points in total, nearly 100 more than the next best woman. Lydia made her CrossFit Games debut in 2025 and will make her second consecutive appearance this year.

Haley Adams placed second with 483 points and was in contention for the title up until the final two events. Danielle Brandon managed to secure third place, accumulating just three points less than Adams. Brandon’s performance in the final event was the key to her success, as she overtook multiple athletes to secure the final qualifying spot for the Games.
