At 72 years of age, most men are retired and taking it easy but not Sylvester Stallone. In fact, he’s stronger than most 20-year-olds; which is not surprising… especially because of his long history of being in shape! Sly has always kept fit and we wouldn’t think he’d decline like a normal man his age.
Recently, Stallone posted a throwback photo on Instagram of him lifting a 40-pound dumbbell over his head in the 1980s, and then a current photo where he’s lifting a 100-pound dumbbell over his head.

“What I have learned about DEALING with LIFE , is older one gets , the HARDER you got to PUSH!!! (40 pounds in 1980 vs 100 pounds Today ) You can find the shirt @slystalloneshop.”
This is what Stallone wrote on his Instagram page to show that despite his age, he’s still giving life 100% effort.
His new movie “Rambo V: Last Blood” is coming out this year and will likely be the last of five in the series. It all started in 1982 with “First Blood” and it will likely conclude with “Last Blood” but the legacy will never die since Rambo is and will forever be an iconic character.
Keep an eye out for the theatrical release of Rambo V: Last Blood as we will likely get one last chance to see Sylvester Stallone play the legendary Rambo character.
