Dennis Wolf is a legend in the bodybuilding community and now he may be calling it quits after many years of competing. He placed third at the 2013 Mr. Olympia competition and won the 2014 Arnold Classic which was his biggest victory to date, but he also placed fourth in the Olympia several times. So, it’s safe to say he’s had a better career than most will achieve in the sport.
However, a recent video provided by RedOne shows a day in the life of Wolf where he answers several questions and discusses his current plans. But we didn’t expect him to hint the possibility of retirement.
Now, the video is in German but you can use the captions to get somewhat of an idea of the conversations going on in the video. Wolf explains how he needs surgery on his shoulder and he’s ok with and how “you can’t always be an athlete and that’s why you have to live on”.
Wolf also discusses the fact that he’ll lose weight because of the surgeries and see himself smaller which would feel a little uncomfortable, but he seems pretty acceptant of that.
