Over the weekend 2019 IFBB Big Man pro bodybuilding contest went down in Spain which saw many international competitors showcased their physiques comprising categories from Bikini and Men’s Open contestants.

Bodybuilding Men’s Competitors
1. Josh Lenartowicz
Josh placed 6th in Arnold Classic Ohio then follow it up with a 4th place at the Arnold Classic Australia. If he needs a top-five spot in 2019 Mr.Olympia Josh would need to bring it out more impressive physique as the other top competitors will give him a tough test.
2. Akim Williams
Akim needs to work on his conditioning as he hasn’t scored any win this season.

If Akim and Josh weren’t competing at IFBB Bigman, James from the UK would definitely have pulled a win. However, he didn’t bring in enough size and conditioning to get the top spot.
