The 2020 Arnold Classic as part of the Sports Festival has seen many incredible performances in the strength sports divisions. One of those was from Jamal Browner who recently pulled some ridiculous weight in the form of 1003lbs on the Mammoth bar which he explained is much more difficult than a standard deadlift bar.
“1003×1 on the mammoth bar 🥵 way harder than a regular deadlift bar. 😅“
Check it out here…
Browner is an all-time total and deadlift world record holder at 242lbs and he has pulled 1,000+ pounds on a standard deadlift bar before. So he can move some serious weight no doubt and even more impressive is he’s 25 years old.

That’s pretty impressive and we’re sure there’ll be much more to come for Jamal Browner.
