Ahmo Kathleen Hight has passed away at the age of 50 on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023. The fitness model’s death was confirmed in an Instagram post by RxMuscle. Having found fame in an immensely competitive niche, fans are devastated by the loss.

Though the cause of death has not been revealed, it is known that Ahmo Hight had slipped while leaving a marketplace and hit her head. Hight didn’t seek medical attention after her injury, and on Tuesday morning, she had awoken with no appetite shortly before falling back to sleep. She would then pass away around 9 a.m. There is ongoing speculation swirling around her sudden passing, though some believe that the likely cause of death was a blood clot as a result of a head injury.
Known for her gorgeous blond hair and hourglass body, Ahmo Hight found success after winning Ms. Fitness USA and Ms. Fit Body Bay Area in 1994. From there, she pursued a modeling career where she was featured in publications like Ironman Magazine.
