Ahmo Kathleen Hight has passed away at the age of 50 on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023. The fitness model’s death was confirmed in an Instagram post by RxMuscle. Having found fame in an immensely competitive niche, fans are devastated by the loss.

“We mourn the passing of fitness model Ahmo Hight.” RxMuscle shared.

Though the cause of death has not been revealed, it is known that Ahmo Hight had slipped while leaving a marketplace and hit her head. Hight didn’t seek medical attention after her injury, and on Tuesday morning, she had awoken with no appetite shortly before falling back to sleep. She would then pass away around 9 a.m. There is ongoing speculation swirling around her sudden passing, though some believe that the likely cause of death was a blood clot as a result of a head injury.

Other fitness influencers have died in sudden tragedies lately, such as Larissa Borges, who suffered a double cardiac arrest event before passing away at just 33 years old. While details surrounding her death are uncertain, police believe alcohol and drugs might have been a factor. In addition, bodybuilding influencer Jo Lindner also died recently, and he was only 30 years old. Fans are unsure of his cause of death with some suggesting vaccines and others blaming steroids.
