It may be true that Branch Warren hasn’t competed professionally since 2015. However, he has not stopped training hard, as he proved with a recent video.
Branch Warren is one of the true legends in bodybuilding. He won the Arnold Classic in both 2011 and 2012. On top of that, he placed as high as second place in the Mr. Olympia competition. From the start of his pro career in 2005, all the way until his retirement in 2015, Warren established himself as a force to reckon with at any contest.
Despite not actively competing in bodybuilding, Warren has still kept his name relevant. He has been known to offer highly respected opinions on various competitions. Additionally, he has opened up about what caused him to retire, and what he has been up to since then.
Subsequently, one thing that Warren has been doing is still training. This became most evident in a recent video that he took in the gym. The video displays him moving around some weights, and it also shows just how incredible his physique is, even to this day.
Here is that video:

You can see Branch Warren doing some heavy lifting, absolutely annihilating the reps. Moreover, his arms look absolutely massive, almost as big as his competition days. It seems safe to assume that he has not lost a ton of muscle, despite not needing to train for competition.
Although, this is not the first time that we have seen Warren in the gym recently. He also was seen with Johnnie O. Jackson, pumping iron and getting big. The pair did an entire workout together, that was nothing short of intense.
Some may look at this recent string of training sessions, and think perhaps Branch Warren could be making a comeback. Even if it is just his continued love for fitness that has kept him going, this is still some impressive work.
