2019 Mr. Olympia competition will no doubt be something to remember. Last year’s Classic Physique Champion, Breon Ansley is looking to make sure of that.

Ansley walked away from last year’s competition, as the Classic Physique Olympia champion. Following this excellent showing, he is looking to double up on his championship. Ansley is already qualified for this year’s Olympia, alongside other standouts like Chen Kang and Chris Bumstead. He has made it clear that yet again, he will bringing his best to the 2019 Mr. Olympia.

Ansley took to Instagram to show off his progress, training for the upcoming event. It is quite clear that he has been working hard to be ready to go.

“No secrets No tricks just pure hard ass work; hunger and pure enjoyment because im blessed to change lives!! We are 7 weeks out fam! Who’s coming to the @mrolympiallc this year excited to see the Classic Show!!!? LOVE YALL!”

Additionally, he showed that he has been working to round out his poses, working on areas he may lack.

“I don’t do the side tricep pose too often because I haven’t always connected but in the classic division the art of posing is our ESSENCE so every pose possible needs to be in our arsenal!! What do yall think fam!?”

Breon Ansley looks pretty good, 7 weeks out. He is pretty clearly establishing himself as the man to beat at this year’s Olympia. As last year’s champion, he knows what the Classic Physique Olympia needs. On top of that, he recognized where his performance last year lacked, and is working to improve that. This, despite having won the event last year.

Just under two months away from the 2019 Mr. Olympia, Breon Ansley is looking like a force of nature. It will be exciting to see how he can preform.
