Brianny Terry is the queen of the deadlifts in the powerlifting world, so it was incredible to see her push the limits once again during a recent training session. During the workout, Brianny managed to deadlift 291.5 kilograms (642.6 pounds), which marked an Unofficial All-Time World Record in the 75-kilogram weight class.

Brianny Terry’s Unofficial Deadlift All-Time World Record

Impressively, Brianny Terry’s 291.5-kilogram (642.6-pound) deadlift happened during her ‘SBD Day’. So, she first performed heavy singles on the squat and the bench press, before progressing to the deadlift and unofficially breaking the All-Time World Record. So, despite spending some energy at the start of her workout, Brianny was still capable of exceeding the record mark. This proves that her endurance and strength across all three lifts are at an all-time high.

When it comes to the 291.5-kilogram (642.6-pound) deadlift, Brianny Terry completed it by using a sumo stance and a mixed grip. Moreover, Brianny followed the regulations of powerlifting, and only used a lifting belt and some chalk to aid her in the impressive pull.

It should be pointed out that Brianny Terry displayed absolutely no struggle while performing the 291.5-kilogram (642.6-pound) deadlift. In fact, it might be one of the smoothest Unofficial All-Time World Records ever performed.

The reason why Brianny Terry competed less over the past two years is her dedication to the sport of bodybuilding. She was determined to build an incredible physique and managed to secure her IFBB Pro Card at the 2023 NPC USA Championships, where she placed second.

Brianny Terry will not attempt any heavier deadlifts until the 2024 WRPF Ghost Clash 3. So, if she can come in well rested and prepared, Brianny will most likely break the Deadlift All-Time World Record. However, it will be interesting to see how far she could push the record, seeing that her recent deadlift from training looked incredibly easy.
