Whether he is sharing his top protein source or revealing his number one exercise to build muscle, Glass remains committed to spreading his workout wisdom with the masses. This time, he tackled the leg press, a mega-popular movement that many consider a staple on leg day.

“Pause at the bottom,” adds Glass. “Don’t drop your head back. Keep the head neutral.”

“You can also move it in, turn it out, don’t let the knees fully out,” said Glass. “I would do three to four [sets] one week, then three to four [sets] a different way [the following week].”

And Glass isn’t afraid to tackle the extra-sensitive subjects in the sport either, like steroid use. He urges competitors to be careful of performance-enhancing drugs because, in today’s landscape, it’s hard to determine if what you’re getting is authentic or fake. His concerns came about months after the death of many bodybuilders, including former Arnold Classic champion Cedric McMillan
