Taking on new fitness ventures can be challenging, but Chris Hemsworth is ready to start the new year off strong. In a recent Instagram post, actor Chris Hemsworth discussed the four fitness goals he plans to achieve in January. 

“Make one small lifestyle change a week for the month of January.”

Having dominated Hollywood as a top-grossing actor, Chris Hemsworth has steadily built an empire of fame. Gracing films such as Extraction and the Thor series, Hemsworth has received widespread praise for his jacked and toned physique. 

In addition to boasting an impressive acting portfolio, Hemsworth founded CentrFit, a health and wellness company that offers a wide range of services from individualized workouts to his thoughts on achieving optimal nutrition. 

While fans usually catch Hemsworth pumping iron at the gym, the acting superpower has made it a priority to level up his fitness game in 2024. From sleep to maximizing his training, Hemsworth explains below how he plans to improve this month.

“Happy New Year everyone. As I sit here started 2024 with my family and friends, it really got me thinking about the New Year New me mentality that makes the rounds on social media. I have some thoughts. We as society have to start working on our goals in progression and never in absolutes.”

Hemsworth discussed his tentative plan for the month, which will revolve around breathwork, meditation, sleep practices, and functional movements during workouts. 

“For me it’s with my Centrplan I’m going to put more breath work into my workouts, more meditations, and better sleep practices, and finally, more functional movements into my exercises.
