CrossFit athletes are often looked at as some of the most perfect athletes in the world, possessing agility, speed, endurance, and more. However, strength is one of the biggest aspects of CrossFit, and it is exactly what Dani Speegle specializes in. Undoubtedly one of the strongest women in the world, Dani constantly puts up remarkable lifts. However, the recent one was interesting, to say the least. In a video shared by Mitchell Hooper on Instagram, Dani is seen lifting the 2023 WSM on her back and performing a squat.
The four time CrossFit Games athlete, Dani Speegle, has been a force to be reckoned with in CrossFit. Unfortunately, she missed out on qualifying for this year’s edition of the Games. She finished in 11th place at the 2023 CrossFit North America West Semifinal, while the top ten advanced to the 2023 CrossFit Games. However, she is already using the time she has to prepare for the next season and also to have some fun in the gym with her friends.
After successfully performing the first rep with Mitchell Hooper on her back, Dani Speegle attempted a second one as well. However, after giving it her all, Dani was unable to secure a second rep, in turn rolling on her back with Hooper there to cushion the fall. The pair then shared some laughs while on the floor. Still, one squat rep with Hooper, who weighs around 300 pounds at least, is extremely impressive.

Mitchell Hooper has been the face of Strongman this season, having become only the fourth man to win the World’s Strongest Man and Arnold Strongman Classic in the same year. However, he often says that his legs are the main source of his success, since he is able to lift massive weights and remain one of the quickest Strongmen on the field. So, like Dani Speegle, Hooper showed-off his incredible leg power once again on July 25th, having shared a 10-rep leg press with 1,730 pounds (785 kilograms).
Mitchell Hooper is currently preparing for the 2023 Shaw Classic, which will take place on August 19-20, in Loveland, Colorado. One of the events at this competition will be the Car Leg Press and, judging by Hooper’s training, he will be more than prepared for it. Furthermore, if Mitchell wins the 2023 Shaw Classic, he will be awarded the title of The Strongest Man On Earth.
While preparing for the 2023 Shaw Classic, Mitchell Hooper also scored a 210-kilogram (463-pound) bench press three-rep PR. During that training session, he also reflected on his most recent performance at the 2023 Giants Live Strongman Classic, revealing that he was unsatisfied with his third-place finish.
Despite competing for just over a year now, Hooper already holds one of the most impressive ongoing streaks, having finished on the podium in his past ten consecutive appearances. Moreover, five of those competitions saw Hooper win and take gold.

Mitchell Hooper has also been confirmed as a competitor for the 2023 Rogue Invitational Strongman, so he has at least two more appearances this year. However, he has recently revealed what supplements allow him to sustain his physical shape and compete in so many shows. So, an exciting couple months await Hooper and his fans across the world.
