Dorian Yates Shares His At-Home Workout Routine

Like most of us, Dorian Yates is stuck at home right now, unable to go to the gym. He is not letting that slow him down though, as he showed us recently.

Yates is one of the original true mass monsters of bodybuilding. His massive size and jacked physique earned him a reputation which has followed him for decades. Not to mention the fact that he often has interesting things to say about the sport in general.

However, in order to maintain a massive physique like his, Dorian Yates has to put in a lot of work in the gym. Unfortunately, that got a lot more challenging recently, with the closure of many gyms around the world. Therefore, like many other people, he was left trying to find a way to get in a good workout, while at home.

Luckily, Yates has been able to at least find some ways to stay busy. As he showed in a recent Instagram post, he has been using his kettlebells to get the blood pumping, without having to leave the house. He also explains that this is combined with yoga.

“Hi guys ..day 10 lockdown here in Spain …( I am locked down with @gal_yates so it could be worse 😀). working with what I have to keep moving and blasting away the cobwebs that start to creep in mentally and physically I have a kettlebell and a yoga mat to keep my movement…let’s find some positive here ..take time to read , meditate , catch on communications with loved ones 🙏Energy !”

This is not the only that Dorian Yates has been doing to stay busy during these crazy times. He has also been taking to hiking, in order to pass the time and enjoy the scenery. Considering he is in Spain right that, the views are likely magnificent.

Dorian Yates is doing a great job serving as a positive influence during this period of a global health crisis. He is proving that you can stay active during this, and it doesn’t even require a couch.
