Eddie Hall became worldwide famous for his unbelievable strength and the success that he achieved in Strongman. Well, his son, Maximus Hall, has clearly inherited Eddie’s genes and passion for training, as he is putting in a lot of effort to get stronger. His hard work is paying off well, since Max recently achieved a huge 165-kilogram (363.8-pound) deadlift, as seen in Eddie’s Instagram post.

At just 13 years old, Maximus Hall is already nearly 6 feet tall and weighs 101 kilograms (222.5 pounds). He achieved his build by focusing on his diet, often eating steak and eggs along with other nutrient-rich meals. Eddie has also noticed how quickly his son is growing and stated that “he’s going to be bigger” than him.

As for his recent deadlift, Maximus Hall put on a lifting belt and lifting straps while also setting up a conventional stance. He then started pulling, managing to get the bar up to his knees within a few moments. He then utilized the hitching motion and quickly reached lockout. So, Max’s lift was in line with the regulations of Strongman.

“He’s developing a real passion for health and fitness and understands nutrition better than most.”

Maximus Hall is following a meticulous training regimen, which consists of four workouts each week. His sessions last 1.5 hours each, including 15 minutes of cardio at the end. Not only that, but Maximus also sometimes incorporates rugby training before going to the gym. That, along with his nutrition plan, sets Maximus on track to become one of the strongest men in the world in just a few years.

Interestingly, Eddie Hall taught his son how to deadlift when he turned 10 years old. In his first session, Max reached a weight of 40 kilograms (88 pounds). Fast forward to now, Max is lifting more than many adults despite being just 13 years old. So, he clearly has the potential to follow in his father’s footsteps and achieve great things in Strongman.

However, Maximus Hall’s strength is not just limited to the deadlift, as he has also demonstrated other incredible lifts. Most recently, Max performed an overhead press with 40-kg (88-lb) dumbbells while training with his father. So, his upper-body strength is definitely on par with his deadlifts.
