Elon Musk has admitted that he needs to workout even if he doesn’t really like it. As the richest man in the world, he stays very busy keeping up with his business ventures but realizes the importance of staying fit.
Musk is widely regarded as one of the most productive men on the planet. He’s tirelessly working through the day and into the night at his manufacturing factories and doesn’t seem to skip a beat. However, we saw a different side of Elon during a recent interview with the Nelk Boys. He was very open and transparent about where his shortcomings lay and stressed working out to be the right next step ahead.
While many people love to hit the gym as often as possible in a week, others do not find it as enjoyable. Working out is not just a hobby, it’s part of one’s lifestyle and should be encouraged more due to its health benefits, such as longevity, and vitality.
In the course of a busy lifestyle, it becomes more difficult to maintain a consistent training schedule. Musk is at the helm of multiple companies, including Tesla and SpaceX. Furthermore, he has also been involved in the development of artificial intelligence with the company OpenAI, which he co-founded. Musk is able to manage both companies concurrently despite the size of their operations.

Elon Musk Admits He Needs To Get In Shape
Musk admitted on the Full Send podcast that he doesn’t like to workout but understands why he should.
“I gotta workout and be in better shape,” Musk said. “I actually don’t really like working out but I gotta do it. So, I’m going to switch from immediately looking at my phone first thing in the morning, as soon as I wake up to working out for at least 20 minutes.”

Kyle Forgeard of Nelk Boys soon turned the conversation to discuss their new pre-workout supplement. [Check out the best pre-workouts for 2022] Musk was clueless about the concept of a pre-workout and inquired further. Kyle recommended Musk take a scoop of their supplement first thing in the morning so he gets jittery and has no choice but to get a workout in.
“Have you ever tried a pre-workout?” asked Kyle.
“What’s a pre-workout?” responded Musk.
“It’s like a powder, it’s got caffeine in it. You gotta get the pre-workout, you leave it on your bedside counter, and right when you wake up, just take a scoop. Then you’ll be so jittery that you can’t go to bed. You’ll have no choice but to go to the gym,” said Kyle.

Despite the fact that pre-workouts may enhance performance, Musk believes that a brief workout in the morning will be sufficient to kickstart his training. In order to achieve the best results, proper nutrition is essential.
It is not recommended to take a stimulant-heavy supplement immediately following waking up, as it may disturb your body’s natural circadian rhythm.
