The 2024 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic competitions are nearly here, as the competitions are set to take place on March 1-2, in Columbus, Ohio. A plethora of elite male and female athletes will take part in the show, all of whom will take on five grueling events. So, with so much interest in the show, we have made a guide on how to watch both days of action.
How to watch 2024 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic
Similar to previous years, both the 2024 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman competitions will be broadcast live. Moreover, the livestream will be free for anyone, as it will be organized on Rogue Fitness YouTube.
The exact schedule for all of the events is not available currently, but some information regarding the overall schedule has been revealed. Notably, both the men and women will perform two events on day one (March 1st), while they will take on three events on the second day (March 2nd).

- 2:30 p.m. ET: Men’s Rogue Elephant Bar Deadlift
- 4:15 p.m. ET: Women’s Timber Carry
- 5:00 p.m. ET: Men’s Timber Carry
Saturday (March 2nd)
- 12:00 p.m. ET: Women’s Jeck Stone Carry
- 12:40 p.m. ET: Men’s Dinnie Stone Carry
- 1:20 p.m. ET: Women’s Monster Dumbbell
- 2:00 p.m. ET: Men’s Apollon Wheels
- 2:55 p.m. ET: Women’s Stone Medley
- 4:00 p.m. ET: Men’s Stone Medley
Men’s and Women’s competitions will run side-by-side, meaning that the divisions will take turns performing one event each. Similar to last year, the Strongwomen will open up the competition and be the first to finish all five events.
Apart from the competition itself, the livestream will feature live commentary, analysis, interviews with guests from various strength sports, and more. On the other hand, the livestream will not include the coverage of the Rogue Record Breakers on March 3rd, despite that being the case in previous years.
