Bodybuilder and model Jeff Seid continues to prove himself as a top-tier talent. Over the weekend, November 10, 2024, Jeff Seid was crowned with gold in Men’s Physique at the 2024 Natural Olympia.
Jeff Seid has taken the sport by storm since becoming one of the youngest competitors to earn their IFBB Pro card in the Men’s Physique category at just 19. Since then, he has competed on the Mr. Olympia stage three times (2013, 2014, 2016), further establishing himself as a formidable opponent.
Now, Jeff Seid is competing as a natural bodybuilder, boasting a leaner look since last taking to the prestigious stage. However, it seems Seid’s book “Guide to Aesthetics” has come in handy after recently winning the 2024 Natural Olympia Men’s Physique title over the weekend.

“I just won it, baby! It was a tough battle, I gotta say. It took everything I had to win that thing” Seid said.
“It actually came down to one point. So that means I got some work to do.”
“I’m just getting started, baby!”
Despite Seid’s claims of being a lifetime natural competitor, some individuals weren’t buying that narrative, including Derek of More Plates More Dates. While Derek, a renowned figure in the fitness industry is known for exposing ‘fake nattys,’ he believes Seid is currently natural, but he doesn’t think that was always the case. Derek feels it’s likely that Seid used performance-enhancing drugs for his 2016 Mr. Olympia performance.
“In my opinion, based on what I’ve seen, a cut above with a level of mass that probably couldn’t be attributed to just lighting and circumstances. Because it’s just different, it just looks like there’s more tissue added here. So, is he where he was at in the 2016 Olympia? It’s a tough call man. I would say he’s definitely maybe regressed a little bit but was it within the realms of what you could perceive to be natural regression just by not being as regimented and dialed? He suggests that that’s not the case and he’s as big as he’s ever been.”
“My stance at least as of now, he probably did something for the Olympia that he knew he probably had to to even have a chance of placing well and is conceivably natural for this natural show, they have a drug testing protocol in place that is obviously not bulletproof,” explains Derek of MPMD.
However, all speculation aside, Jeff Seid has accomplished many incredible feats throughout his bodybuilding career. Seid made it clear following his victory at the 2024 Natural Olympia that fans will see more from him in the future!
