The 4x Men’s Physique winner Jeremy Buendia took to Instagram after he was accused by ex-girlfriend Hilda Amaral of physically abusing her when she talked about their relationship. She even showed pictures of bruises allegedly inflicted by Buendia.

But Jeremy Buendia went on Instagram to talk about the allegations…

I’m here to take full responsibility for the things I know I have issues with. I’m not here to deny them, I’m not here to minimize the problems I have with my anger, and my temper. And it is something I know I need help with.”

Buendia then spoke about the accuser who came forward alleging he physically abused her, even providing photo evidence of her injuries. But he wanted his fans to know that he never hit a woman in his life.

There’s a lot of accusations that are just accusations. I’ve never ever been convicted of any domestic violence toward a woman, I’ve never hit a woman in any shape, way, or form or have hurt a woman, and I want to make that very clear

“In regards to ways I’ve spoken to women in the past, I have a very very bad problem with that. And that is something that I can be actively working on.”

Buendia explained that he’ll be taking some time off from Instagram to seek anger management and counseling. And he’ll also be taking time off from his sponsors since this situation would look bad if they continued to represent him through these allegations, in the event that they are true.

Buendia is seeking legal action due to defamatory statements and lies from certain individuals as he explained in the video. He requested that his fans pray for him and hope he comes back stronger.

I have a good heart. & I’ll fin it again. ❤️ I’ll be back a better man. I’ll be back a better man,” Buendia wrote on Instagram.
