As of late, Kali Muscle’s focus has shifted to longevity and healthier diets. He recently embarked on a watermelon-only diet, which resulted in considerable weight loss. In addition, he also took on a water-only fast for six days, which saw him lose a total of nine pounds. Now, for his latest stunt, he joined fellow bodybuilding influencer Big Boy for a grueling burpee challenge.
Kali Muscle and Big Boy Challenge Each Other to Complete 100 Straight Burpees
Big Boy and Kali Muscle pushed each other through the 100 burpees. While there were a few sways in momentum, both held out and appeared to get through the challenge without too much difficulty.
Afterward, Kali Muscle reflected on the challenge and sat down for his one meal of the day. When it comes to snacking, Kali Muscle said he usually consumes fruit throughout the day.
“It’s good the mushrooms up in there. I don’t know if I’m ready to do the pineapple. I’m enjoying this program. So this would be my like my only meal. The rest of the day I just eat fruit,” shared Kali Muscle.
Believe it or not, Kali and Big Boy aren’t the only influencers taking part in a burpee challenge. Laurie Shaw recently pushed himself to complete 100 burpees a day for a month. He recorded the results and ultimately lost a net total of 2.6 pounds. However, he found the program effective for toning the body.
There’s no doubt Muscle will soon return with another jaw-dropping diet challenge or fitness routine. Known for his shock value, Muscle always brings next-level entertainment to his followers. Fans look forward to seeing what Muscle has in store for his next pursuit.
