Bikini contender Lauralie Chapados is making sure her diet doesn’t hold her back at the Mr. Olympia competition. In a recent Instagram post published on August 5, 2024, Chapados shared her surprisingly sparse 1,150-calorie full day of eating in preparation for the contest.

Lauralie Chapados continues to prove herself as a potent force in the Bikini category, having made a name for herself with next-level aesthetics and alluring posing routines. Although she has secured three Bikini International titles at the Arnold Classic (202220232024), she has yet to cement herself as an Olympia champion, but that could change in just a few months.

In her last outing on the Olympia stage, she picked up fourth place while her rival, Jennifer Dorie, managed to capture a second Bikini Olympia title. Ahead of the greatest show of the year, Chapados offered glimpses into her training, having joined FST-7 founder Hany Rambod for a workout crash course on how to build a Bikini upper body

In any bodybuilding division, tailored training plans and diets are what separate the best from the average, which is something Chapados has fully grasped throughout her career. With Olympia returning to Las Vegas, Nevada for its 60th anniversary in October, Chapados pulled back the curtain on what she’s eating to fuel her performance.

Few tips:

– I eat basically the same ingredients/foods every day
– Learn how to cook (grill, broiled, boiled) to not get bored of lean meats
– SEASONINGS please, even your salad
– Water water water
– I drink Roasted Dandelion or Peppermint tea every night
– I have a strict regimen of Vitamin & other supps that supports me a ton (will be for a next post)
– I do not track my vegetables but I do stay consistent on the amount

Lauralie Chapados isn’t taking any chances with her diet and nutrition. Having claimed gold at the Arnold Classic Ohio contest earlier in the season, she will head into the Mr. Olympia contest with momentum as she sets her sights on gold.
