Patrick Moore is looking to make a big impact at the 2020 Arnold Classic. This was demonstrated clearly with recent training footage he shared, showing off his intense chest workout.
Patrick Moore took the the 2019 Mr. Olympia, as something of an unknown. However that quickly changed, as people were blown away by his incredible physique. His frame and conditioning set him apart as someone to keep an eye on, despite his 10th place showing.
Following the big competition, Moore promised that he would be even better the next time he was seen. In March, he will have the opportunity to back up that claim. He revealed that he will be competing at the 2020 Arnold Classic, in Columbus, Ohio. This could be a big show for him, with some tough athletes to go up against.
Ahead of the show, Patrick Moore has been working hard. He gave a glimpse of that hard work, with a recent video he shared of his chest workout. The footage took place at the Raw Gym in Texas, and shows off the intense routine he is following.

In the video, Moore gives a little bit of inside knowledge to help athletes aspiring to be like him. He explains what he is doing, which is a mix of heavy weights, and high reps, for his chest exercises. In addition to that, he is putting a huge emphasis on doing flys, as he feels they give him the best growth.

Furthermore, Moore says that he is looking to post more videos, similar to this, as the training prep continues. However he does explain that he is aware that his legs are his biggest weakness. Therefore, he wants to be sure to maintain his focus through those workouts and will likely not do more than one video of legs.
