Phil Heath has been going back and forth on when he will return to bodybuilding. However, he was recently seen working out and posing with some veterans of the U.S. Marines.
Heath is one of the greatest bodybuilders to ever compete, winning the Mr. Olympia seven times. His streak was only broken by Shawn Rhoden, back in 2018. Following that contest, he revealed that he would be taking time off from bodybuilding competition, not competing in 2019. Even after the aforementioned Rhoden was forced out of competition before the Olympia, he stayed steadfast in his desire to take time off.
Two and a half months into 2020, and Heath has still not revealed when he would compete again. Although he did open up about his mindset, revealing that he is looking for something big to return to. Nevertheless, throughout his entire hiatus, he has been training consistently, and still looks gigantic.
This massive size was shown recently, when Phil Heath decided to do something for veterans. A recent video from the 7 Figure Squad showed Phil training, and teaching bodybuilding workouts to some U.S. Marine veterans. Then, at the end of the video, he is teaching them how to pose, and looks massive doing it.

Heath starts these gentlemen out bright and early at 5:30 am, to get to the gym and start training by 6. He begins teaching them proper curl techniques, before moving on to push-ups and crunches. They then finish up with squats, lunges, before finishing up with planks. Following a tough workout, Phil then shows the men how to do some bodybuilding poses, with him doing them alongside them. While doing this, it is clear that he still has his massive size, and incredible physique.
While it is still unclear when we will see Phil Heath compete again, one thing is certain. He is still taking bodybuilding and his training very seriously, even when he is working with veterans.
