The 2023 Mr. Olympia is set to take place this weekend, November 2-5, and every bodybuilder is getting in their last-minute workouts and physique updates before hitting the stage. Ramon Rocha Queiroz stayed away from social media heading into the show although a photo was leaked capturing his ripped frame just days out.
Ramon Dino has been a standout in the Classic Physique division for the last couple of years. While Chris Bumstead has dominated the division for four consecutive years, Dino has been hot on his tail. In 2021, Ramon Dino made his debut on the Olympia stage and cemented himself in the top five when he took fifth place. Dino would go on to finish off that year strong earning a first-place finish at the 2021 Muscle Contest Brazil.
Starting 2022 off with a bang, Dino competed at the Arnold Classic and came in second to Terrence Ruffin. This would place Ramon Dino above his rivals Urs Kalecinski and former two-time Classic Physique champion Breon Ansley. As if that didn’t make a big enough statement for Ramon Dino, he would ultimately finish with silver on the 2022 Olympia stage behind the great Chris Bumstead.
Ramon Dino didn’t slow down as he headed into the 2023 Arnold Classic where he would take gold at the second most prestigious competition in bodybuilding. His upward momentum is a direct threat to the Classic Physique title although Chris Bumstead has completely brushed off Dino and claimed he only has to ‘beat himself’ at this year’s Mr. Olympia.

Ramon Dino’s Physique Update Leaked Days From The 2023 Mr. Olympia
Ramon Dino stays relatively quiet when it comes to sharing his progress for competing. During the Mr. Olympia press conference, he was asked why he doesn’t provide more physique updates. He responded that he feels it only matters how he looks on the big stage.
While he tries to lie low, it was revealed that his photo two days out from the show was leaked without his consent, according to Nick Strength and Power’s Instagram handle. While it was shared without his permission, it is safe to say that Ramon Dino is looking incredible heading into the 2023 Mr. Olympia.
Ramon Dino is one of the biggest threats Chris Bumstead will go head-to-head with on stage this weekend. Other contenders for the throne include Urs Kalecinski who made it a point to work side-by-side with the reigning champion to be more aware of his competition. In his most recent update, Kalecinski showed off a shredded stage-ready physique that promises to bring the heat.
The 2023 Mr. Olympia takes place this weekend, November 2-5 in Orlando, Florida, and is packed with immense talent across 11 divisions. Fans can keep up to date with the latest news stories, previews, predictions, and results right here at Fitness Volt.
