Eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman has been updating us with his training progress after having to undergo 12 spine surgeries. Coleman was given the green light to start working out again in June after a 6-month absence from the gym. And so far, so good for the champ.
But he’s also doing really well regarding the business side of things and his involvement in the fitness industry. Coleman released his autobiography “Yeah Buddy! My Incredible Story” at the 2019 Olympia expo in Early September and apparently, sales have been great.
He wrote the following in an Instagram message along with a video of him training biceps…
“It feels good to be back in the gym after a 6 month layoff.
Had my most recent surgery in January.
Doctor released me to resume training in June.
