Eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman has been updating us with his training progress after having to undergo 12 spine surgeries. Coleman was given the green light to start working out again in June after a 6-month absence from the gym. And so far, so good for the champ.
But he’s also doing really well regarding the business side of things and his involvement in the fitness industry. Coleman released his autobiography “Yeah Buddy! My Incredible Story” at the 2019 Olympia expo in Early September and apparently, sales have been great.
He wrote the following in an Instagram message along with a video of him training biceps…
“It feels good to be back in the gym after a 6 month layoff.
Had my most recent surgery in January.
Doctor released me to resume training in June.
I feel great now, I released my autobiography at the Olympia expo.
Sales have been great and I’m now sending out signed copies all over the world. Anyone wanting a signed copy can email me at [email protected]
Anyone not wanting a signed copy can go to amazon.com to have them mail out copies of my book. The title is My Incredible Story, Yeah Buddy.”
Ronnie Coleman has been through a lot following his illustrious career, almost succumbing to the fate of never being able to walk again after spending millions of dollars on surgeries. But, the champ bounced back as expected and you could imagine that fans are thrilled to be getting training progress updates from him.
