Rising bodybuilder Sam Sulek is almost set for the second Pro show of his career. On March 21, he shared how peptide use helped him through injuries. In addition, he laid out his plan to bulk up following the 2026 Arnold Classic UK, set for March 27-29 in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Sam Sulek has quickly transitioned from a surging fitness influencer to a legitimate bodybuilder. In 2025, he secured overall Classic Physique gold at the NPC Legends Classic. This paved the way for him to compete at the Arnold Amateur event.

When it was time for his IFBB Pro League debut, Sulek made it count. He secured the big win, waited a year, then competed against top-caliber Classic Physique contenders at the 2026 Arnold Classic. In Columbus, he boasted dry conditioning, which helped him secure an eighth-place finish. His sights are now set on another breakout performance overseas.

“I’ve got some peptide experience. This isn’t medical advice, by any means, but anytime I’ve pulled something, anytime I’ve had a really bad chest tear, or I really pulled my hamstring one time a couple of Christmases ago, some BPC-157 and TB-500 intervention, I think pretty well improved my healing.”

“Of course, that’s just one anecdote. Don’t take that as I need to buy this, this, and this.”

He also touched on when it’s ideal to change up a training split. As long as you’re hitting the same body parts twice a week with different exercises, Sulek believes that’s a solid foundation.

“People do an Arnold split, or a full body every day or whatever, but really, I’m not so concerned. As long as you’re hitting everything just about twice a week. I don’t care if you’re doing hamstrings and side delts, front delts and back, rear delts and arms, and some other crazy combination of any of that.”

After he competes at the Arnold UK, Sulek intends to gain size by gradually increasing his caloric intake.

“I’m going to grub, man. I’m going to get some food in my system. I’m going to try to do it responsibly because I don’t want to just put a ton of body fat on. I just worked for six months to get pretty peeled. I don’t need to undo that in a few weeks but I am going to up my calories.”

“I’ve gradually reduced my calories from bulk to deficit levels. So now I just want to undo that, ease my calories up, eat more food gradually, get used to eating more food, subsequently, gain weight, gain size, and probably after two months or so, I would actually call that a recomp coming out of a diet because I’m physically getting larger,” Sam Sulek said

He adds that once he rebounds to 250-255 pounds, he will start a bulk to gain more weight.

“Once I get to a basic full maintenance weight, probably around 250-255, that’s when I’ll say okay, let’s start a real bulk, or I’ll start pushing food to gain weight.”

Sulek managed to find success onstage without a coach. However, some voices in bodybuilding argue that he’d benefit from one, especially judge Terrick El Guindy. El Guindy also revealed that Nick Walker would benefit from a coach.

Sulek continues to find his footing in the Pro circuit. Fans look forward to seeing how he compares against talent at the upcoming 2026 Arnold Classic UK event.
