Early Life
Sierra Skye grew up in California with her parents and her sister in a happy Italian-American family. After high school, she originally wanted to go into nursing, and spent two years in school studying that. During her studies, the fitness world caught her attention. Now, she is a model with Elite Model Management with millions of followers across all of her social media pages.
One of those pages is a YouTube profile, where Sierra Skye posts updates of skin routines, healthy eating, workouts, hair and makeup tutorials, and tells the world a little bit about herself. In her first podcast, Sierra talks about the decision to enter the field of publicity. She’s not just a pretty face, and began her life after high school in medicine.

“I was in high school I think I wanted to do something with kids or working with maternity or being in the hospital. I did that for two years, went to school, and then I thought I don’t know if this is for me. So I went to beauty school. I always had a passion in skin care. So I went to a beauty school and I got my aesthetician license. I took the State Board, and that was kind of a breakthrough into modeling.”
Sierra says she’s been with her boyfriend Roman Palumbo for five years, and he was bragging about her on Instagram one day. A star was born. She went on vacation with her parents and sister one year, and her mom would always take pictures of her and her sister on vacation. Sierra, always in a bikini, showed the pictures to her boyfriend who posted them on Instagram and the world of modeling called.
Today, the world loves Sierra.
Competition and Career
The first brand that Sierra worked with was Boutine, which is based in Los Angeles where Sierra lives. In the first YouTube podcast where Sierra talks about breaking into the business, she says she didn’t even now how to shoot. She was nervous about getting involved in modeling.
Butene did a two-hour test shoot and posted the photos overnight. She says, “They truly branded me as who I am today.”
Now, it’s her career. Sierra says the most challenging part of being a model is waking up in the morning at 5 a.m. for workouts, and having to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Sierra Skye – Training Program
Sierra Skye’s training program begins at 5 a.m. every day. In her “My Official Workout” video on YouTube, she talks about some of her routines.
“I wake up at 5:00 a.m. I get my hour of cardio in before I work. I come to work, then after work I train with a trainer two days a week.”
She does six days of cardio a week and some resistance training, but she does not like doing weights as much as she enjoys cardio. She doesn’t want to bulk up.
For legs, glutes, and abs:
- Leg extensions
- Squats
- Leg Press
- Lunges
In her workout video, Sierra says she does three rounds of a reverse lunge slider, Arnold press combo, and performs that on both legs. She also performs a glute step-over, back-row combo, and does that ten times on each leg.
Sierra will also perform a reverse crunch combo for her abs and calls it the static band adductor burnout. She performs 12 reps for that. Sierra will also do box jumps, burpee combos, and will do 12 reps of that.
For cardio, Sierra does a banded Stairmaster walk where she skips a stair in-between for two minutes out of seven for speed. She will do that 15 times. She also does the chain floor walkout 15 times and will do glute extensions with the band.
Sierra Skye – Diet and Nutrition
Sierra works hard to stay fit, and that includes eating healthy. She has some healthy eating videos on her YouTube channel. She likes clean foods that are high in nutrients and protein, and she likes a little spice in her food. She will eat kale, watercress, lean meat, fish, olive oil, brown rice, and avocados. She frequently puts pepper flakes on her food to spice it up.
Sierra also does supplement, and uses a multivitamin she takes daily. She is also said to take other vitamin supplements such as magnesium, zinc, and fish oil.
In her “Quick Healthy Meals” she says she doesn’t like meal-planning and having a ton of foods ready ahead of time. She doesn’t like eating the same thing all the time, so she tries to mix it up. She likes her coffee in the morning and will share as many as 5 cups a day with her boyfriend Roman. She will use Italian sweet cream with it as one of her life splurges.
Eggs are a common food for her breakfast, and she will add parsley or vegetable with it and some chili pepper flakes. She’ll add lamb salt on it and sometimes have English muffins with it. Hummus and protein are a staple for her for lunch. She also likes Persian cucumber with her hummus or snacks and might add ham to that. For dinner, ground chicken and noodles are not uncommon for her.
Stir fry is another element Sierra Skye likes to have in her diet. That includes noodles, teriyaki sometimes, or she will add a ginger soy sauce to it. Vegetables are a must for her at almost every meal. Sierra will often precook those so that she just has to heat them up for lunch or dinner. For flavor, she loves her chili flakes but also loves sesame seeds, and uses olive oil frequently.

For her personal life, Sierra is dating Roman Palumbo and has for several years. She talks about her parents and sister on social media regularly, showing that she has a well-rounded life and is doing very well at it.
