Stefi Cohen is one of the best female powerlifters in the world today. Now she finally breaks down what it is that she eats in a day.

Cohen is a world record holding powerlifter, who has accomplished plenty of things in the sport. Not only that, but she has established a solid career outside the sport as well, having a PhD in Physical Therapy. As a result, she is one of the most beloved figures in all of powerlifting.

However one of the biggest questions Stefi Cohen gets asked, is what she eats in a day. Well she took to her YouTube channel recently, to break down her daily diet. Although it is not what you may think.

“I think most people think I eat little children and lions,” Stefi joked. “Probably. That’s where I get my strength from. But I don’t, I don’t. I eat normal things for the most part.”

This is how Stefi Cohen’s daily diet breaks down:

Meal One:

  • 2 eggs (cooked however she wants)
  • Deli Turkey Breast (thin-sliced)
  •  Raw Cherry Tomatoes
  • Kimchi
  • 1 cup of Orange Juice

Meal Two

  • Ground Beef (seasoned with salt and pepper)
  • Kale (with light dressing)
  • Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Meal Three (Snack)

  • 1 cup Kefir
  • 1/4 cup Granola
  • Black Berries
  • Chia Seeds Topping

Meal Four

  • Beef or Chicken (200g)
  • 1 cup Rice
  • Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Carrots
  • Guacamole

Meal Five (Snack)

  • 1 cup Protein Shake 
  • 1 cup Greens Powder
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries
  • 1tbsp Almond Butter or Peanut Butter

Desserts (optional)

  • Oreos and Milk
  • Organic Popcorn
  • Cereal (Strictly measured)

Stefi Cohen explains that it is really important to know that you should only eat when you are hungry. She says that she often makes adjustments to her meals in the middle of the day, based on what her plans are for that day. Regardless this is still a solid diet plan, full of everything you need without being too strict.
