Tiffany Chapon was a part of the 47-kilogram weight class, which took place on the first day of the 2024 IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championships on June 15 in Druskininkai, Lithuania. As expected, she was the star of the show, taking the gold medal and setting new Squat and Total IPF World Records.

Tiffany Chapon’s 2024 IPF World Championships Performance Overview

Tiffany Chapon weighed in at 46.80 kilograms (103.2 pounds) for the 2024 IPF World Championships. She surprisingly missed three of her nine attempts, two on the bench press, and one on the deadlift. Despite that, Tiffany still managed to win the competition with an 18-kilogram (39.7-pound) margin.

Squat

Everyone had high expectations for Tiffany Chapon, but she still surprised the community by breaking the squat World Record on her second attempt. However, it was clear that her capabilities were far beyond that, which built up the excitement for her final attempt.

So, coming out for her third attempt, Tiffany Chapon loaded 165.5 kilograms (364.9 pounds) on the bar. Then, wearing nothing but a lifting belt and knee sleeves, Tiffany took the bar out of the rack and braced for the incredibly difficult challenge ahead. After a long grind, Tiffany managed to lock out the lift and set a new IPF World Record.
