Squat

Tiffany Chapon came into the squat session with a clear goal in her mind but first decided to secure a 157.5-kilogram (347.2-pound) lift. She then proceeded to break the World Record on the second attempt, chipping the previous mark with a 166-kilogram (366-pound) squat.

Chapon was not done yet, as her final attempt was another opportunity to improve. So, she loaded 169 kilograms (372.6 pounds) to the barbell and completed the squat with just a lifting belt and a pair of knee sleeves.

The second attempt saw an increase of 5 kilograms (11 pounds). Although that was already a new Bench Press World Record, Chapon continued her chase for the title by advancing the record to 107.5 kilograms (237 pounds) on her third attempt.

In the end, her heaviest lift came out to 175 kilograms (385.8 pounds), which was enough to push her Total over the World Record and also secured her the overall victory.
