Worlds Strongest Man

The 2019 World’s Strongest Man competition which took place in Bradenton, Florida, concluded with a new champion in Martins Licis from the United States. Now, last year, Hafthor Bjornsson of Iceland won the competition and had an amazing year overall, even winning the 2019 Arnold Classic.

But, he, unfortunately, suffered from a torn plantar fascia which really held him back from competing at his full potential. And this was the story with a few other athletes who had to pull out. But that’s just the name of the game.

The series will air on CBS starting June 30th and will run through September 1st. And you’ll get to see how the events unfolded as the biggest names in Strongman competed through grueling challenges which tested their strength and endurance.
