This year will be an exciting event and we can’t wait to see who will raise the trophy but Hafthor Bjornsson is looking very promising after a stellar 2018 winning the Arnold Classic and this year isn’t looking much different seeing as he broke the Elephant bar deadlift world record with a 474 kg/1,045 lb lift at the 2019 ASC.
