As we all know, Instagram star Brad Castleberry have been accused of using fake weights in his training videos, well simply because the weights that he lifts are astronomical…

It seems that calling out Brad Castleberry to prove that he’s real deal is becoming a big thing to do,  as we reported previously the latest callout by 4-times World’s Strongest Man Brian Shaw. Surprisingly Castleberry accepted Brian Shaw’s offer, but we have no updates on this development so far…

Today again we have something very interesting for you, most recently Castleberry posted a video of him on his Instagram actually weighing the weights before he lifts them… In his attempt to prove that the weights are real, he weighs his plates on a scale before proceeding to curl it for a couple of reps.
