The 2022 Rogue Invitational was held at the Dell Diamond Stadium in Austin, Texas, on October 28-30, 2022. Clearly, this year’s edition was one of the most intriguing and well-organized shows Rogue has ever put on. Now, let’s take a closer look at how much money the competitors have been able to earn as a result of their hard work and dedication. As a result, Rogue has collected a total prize pool of $1,272,490 for this year’s tournament.

The CrossFit competition has been the pillar of the Rogue Invitational for a number of years now. So, it is obvious that the fittest athletes on earth deserved to earn as much money as possible. Thus, the winners of men’s and women’s divisions, Justin Medeiros and Laura Horvath, got 17.2% of the total prize pool, which came out to $218,868 for each of them. In addition, the top 9 athletes in each division went home with a five-figure prize.

On the other hand, as this was just the second edition of the Strongman competition, the prizes were likely to be lower than those of CrossFit. However, as the 2022 Rogue Invitational Strongman champion, Oleksii Novikov still brought home almost 9% of the total prize pool, which came out to $114,125.

Out of the $1,27 million, 250,000 dollars were spent on Bitcoin and paid out that way to the athletes. The Bitcoins were bought at a worth of $30,000, so any rise in the price of this cryptocurrency would mean a higher payout to the athletes.
