The 2023 Heart of Texas Pro took place in Irving, Texas on September 9, and featured competitors from the IFBB Pro League Wellness division. This show served as a qualifying event for the approaching Mr. Olympia competition.
Bodybuilders are running out of opportunities to secure their qualifications for the biggest event of the year — 2023 Mr. Olympia, which is slated to take over the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from November 2-5. Unlike last year’s season, the point system has been removed from the Olympia Qualification System (OQS).
With that in mind, it’s become even more challenging to guarantee a spot on the big stage. Competitors have until October 9 to secure a qualification and this weekend’s show featured tons of impressive talent. With eye-catching density and an aesthetic flare, Ismara dos Santos walked away victorious and will have the chance to face the reigning Wellness Olympia Francielle Mattos.
