The 2024 Lenda Murray Atlanta Pro took over Atlanta, Georgia from July 12-14. This Olympia qualifying event featured athletes from nine different bodybuilding divisions.
The 2024 Lenda Murray Atlanta Pro was a qualifying event for the nearing Mr. Olympia competition (October 10-13). Athletes are on a mission to ensure their spot on the marquee stage as time is running out. The cutoff is September 15, so talent brought their absolute best to the stage this weekend in hopes of leaving not only with their qualification but to snag an impressive cash prize.

In the Men’s 212 Bodybuilding category, fans were treated to a stacked lineup eager to stamp their ticket to the Olympia in October. Frontrunner Kerrith Bajjo was one of the biggest names at the event. He secured second place at the highly anticipated 2024 New York Pro behind Oleh Kryvyi.
Bo Lewis was also fighting for first place. He brought a balanced package with eye-catching quad definition and solid back shots. He has only shown immense promise in a category full of killers. By the time judges tallied their scorecards, Kerrith Bajio earned gold. Bo Lewis took second place and David Henry finished third.

Classic Physique

The Classic Physique contest featured participants Jarek Crew and Bjay Carswell, who were both fighting for center stage for much of the prejudging rounds. Both men brought impressive conditioning levels complimented by muscle fullness. Crew last competed at the 2021 Arnold Sports Festival in 10th place, and was eager to showcase his progress since that fateful night.
Carswell has also proven himself in the highly competitive division. He continues to improve his shape at each contest. In the end, Bjay Carswell took home the win. Jarek Crew took second place and Eddie Lusk finished third.

The Men’s Physique class witnessed fireworks over the weekend. Among the top names to take home gold were Sharif Reid and Chevy Phillips, both of whom brought exceptional upper body development and well-defined v-tapers. Phillips cemented himself in fifth place at the recent 2024 St. Pete Pro and continues to improve at each of his contests.
Opposite to Phillips was Sharif Reid, a known talent in the IFBB Pro League. He last tested himself at the 2024 Toronto Pro show, finishing seventh place in an exciting back-and-forth on stage. Although there were close moments in the finals, Sharif Reid won gold. Chevy Phillips took second place and Hossein Karimi claimed third.
Women’s Bodybuilding

- Second Place: Selyka Givan (Decatur, GA)
- Third Place: Sheena Ohlig (Collingswood, NJ)
- Fourth Place: Patti Hanson (Mount Vernon, WA)
- Fifth Place: Victoria Dominguez (Bedford, TX)
- Sixth Place: Tina Chandler (Houston, TX)

It wouldn’t be the Atlanta Pro without Women’s Bodybuilding action, the division once ruled by Lenda Murray, who continues to shape the sport even in retirement. Michaela Aycock’s flow, stage presence and muscle size attracted a lot of eyeballs, and the judges took notice of her vastly improved physique from the sixth-place finish she scored on the 2023 Olympia stage.
In Aycock’s way was Selyka Givan, whose on-stage savvy and posing skills always spell trouble for her opposition. She last took sixth at the 2023 Tampa Pro. This time out, it was Michaela Aycock’s night. Selyka Givan took second place and Sheena Ohlig earned third.
Bikini

- Second Place: Ashley Hampton (Atlanta, GA)
- Third Place: Mahsa Akbarimehr (Miami, FL)

Bikini competitors came in spades to the Atlanta Pro. Among the top names aiming to take the prestigious crown were Jasmine Gonzalez and Ashley Hampton, two names in the division that have attracted immense attention lately thanks to how well their physiques represent the ideal Bikini physique. Gonzalez last tested herself at the 2024 Orlando Pro in second place.
On the other hand, Hampton was last seen in competition showcasing her skills at the 2024 World Class Pro Bikini, where she shined en route to a fifth-place showing. Ultimately, Jasmine Gonzalez pulled off the big win. Ashley Hampton took second place and Mahsa Akbarimehr earned third place.

Cherish Richardson and Kristen Mcgregor went to war the moment they stepped on stage this weekend. Richardson is a powerhouse of the Figure category dominated by Cydney Gillon. In her last outing, Richardson impressed in fourth place on the Mr. Olympia stage.

Mcgregor, meanwhile, continues to adapt to the growing landscape having dialed in her training and nutrition as of late. As a result, she found success in the form of a fifth-place finish at the highly competitive 2024 Mr. Big Evolution show. All in all, it was a close show, but Cherish Richardson secured the win. Kristen Mcgregor finished second and Zulfiya Bitiyeva took third.
Women’s Physique

In the Women’s Physique category, Ana Harias from Texas and Brazil’s Amanda Machado were in the running to take home gold, especially judging by the way the crowd reacted during each of their posing routines. Machado last tested herself on stage in third place at the 2022 Chicago Pro.
Aside from Machado, Harrias was eager to do damage at this competition. She last performed in style at the 2023 Omaha Pro, where she secured third place, respectively. This time out, the night belonged to the shape and muscularity of Ana Harias. Amanda Machado finished with silver and Lenka Ferencukova walked away with bronze.
Fitness

- Second Place: Amber Steffen (Leander, TX)
- Third Place: Annika Drescher (Germany)
- Fourth Place: Anna Adams (Murfreesboro, TN)
Fitness competitors brought their best to Atlanta, despite the lineup not being completely packed with talent. Among the top names to watch during prejudging and finals were Michelle Fredua-Mensah from the United Kingdom and Amer Steffan from Texas. Both women’s individual routines were creative and full of energy. Michelle Fredua-Mensah was last seen in action at the 2024 Arnold Classic UK show where she shined in third place.
Meanwhile, Amber Steffen brought her best and looked more athletic than ever. Her last showing came at the 2024 Body BE 1 Classic in second place but in the Figure category. This time out, Michelle Fredua-Mensah secured gold with a stunning physique. Amber Steffen and Annika Drescher took second and third-place honors.

Wellness talent took to the stage and immediately got to work with some impressive posing rounds. Daniela Esquivel was one of the athletes to watch thanks to her symmetry, proportions, and muscle volume. Her last show came in 11th place at the 2024 Miami Muscle Beach Pro.
In addition to Esquivel, Amanda Rezende also brought an impressive package. Her poise and posing presentation were stellar and got the judges’ attention quickly. Her last show was the 2023 Charlotte Pro in third place. By the end of the night, Daniela Esquivel took home gold. Amanda Rezende and Melitza Guerrero finished second and third.
