The 2025 TFX (The Fittest Experience) Invitational CrossFit Semifinal took place on May 16-19 in Oklahoma City, OK. Spanning across three days, the competition displayed an abundance of impressive feats from over 30 athletes competing in each division. Still, Nick Mathew and Olivia Kerstetter were the ones standing on top of the podium in the end.
The 2025 TFX Invitational tested the competitors across seven workouts, pushing them to the absolute limits to determine who is worthy of advancing to the biggest competition of the year. So, the top two men and top two women qualified for the 2025 CrossFit Games.

Men
Nick Mathew finished the 2025 TFX Invitational with one event win. However, his most impressive feat was finishing inside of the top four across six out of the seven workouts that he performed at the competition. So, he quite comfortably qualified for the 2025 CrossFit Games, where he will make his third appearance.
Chris Ibarra finished just 12 points behind Mathew, following a similar path of consistency throughout all three days. So, he also secured his second consecutive qualification for the CrossFit Games, having made his debut in 2023.
Nate Ackermann was another notable performer at the 2025 TFX Invitational. He finished in fourth place and failed to qualify for the Games, but did win three out of seven events at the competition.

Women
Olivia Kerstetter absolutely dominated the women’s division at the 2025 TFX Invitational. She finished with 682 points out of 700, never falling out of the top five in any event. She also won four workouts, showing that she will be a great addition to the 2025 CrossFit Games. Olivia made her open division Games debut in 2023 but failed to qualify in 2024.

Sydney Michalyshen grabbed second place overall at the 2025 TFX Invitational, thus securing her ticket for the 2025 CrossFit Games as well. Sydney was battling multiple other athletes across the entire weekend but prevailed and qualified for the biggest competition of the season.
