The 7x Mr. Olympia champion Phil Heath is an incredibly well-rounded bodybuilder, but the best aspect of his physique is likely his arms. Phil Heath’s arms in a front double biceps are an anatomy chart, and, upon close inspection, both biceps are striped with sinewy fissures. And when it comes to triceps shape, there are very few bodybuilders in history who could hang with Phil Heath.
