The powerlifter Amanda Lawrence Continues To Showing  Impressive Strength Feat

Amanda Lawrence, the 21-year-old powerlifter from Minnesota, is continuing to impress with another video that was posted on her Instagram the other day. Just one day removed from a 550lb squat, she posted a 570lb deadlift PR which has been whirling around the sports media community.

“Locked out a 570# PR for funzies. Wasn’t feeling fire today after my 550# squat yesterday, but did it anyways. Yes, I know I have thoracic rounding from my dinosaur arms. Had to take an extra scoop of @legionath PULSE pre-workout today.”

So one day after she posts a monstrous lift, she comes back the day after to tie her personal best. That’s pretty impressive!

She recently competed at the 2018 USAPL Ray Nationals meet in October where she finished second behind Daniella Melo. At the event, Amanda broke two American Records with a 525lb squat and a 540lb deadlift.

Amanda is getting ready for her next event which is the 2019 Arnold Sports Festival in Sao Paolo, Brazil. At the 2018 Arnold Sports Festival, Amanda finished first at the A7 Bar Grip Pro Challenge and finished with a 1,163lb total. At this meet on the squat, she hit 485 lbs on her third attempt.

Looking at where she’s come within a few short months, the future is extremely bright for her. With a few months of preparation, who knows what types of numbers she’ll be posting!
