Ask Question?

Powerlifter Dave Hoff Is One Of The Strongest Men On The Planet!

Powerlifting is a sport where the limits of human power are constantly moved. There will always be copycats of Larry Wheels. These ultimate warriors can even lift a car! Dave Hoff competed at the World Powerlifting Congress WPO Championships this weekend! It was a multi-ply meet. This Westside Barbell athlete rewarded the fans with some unbelievable numbers!

Dave Hoff is number one multi-ply powerlifter in the world. He made us remember why he holds such a good ranking in this division! Hoff’s total score at the end of the meet was an outstanding 1,344kg/2,921 lbs! He literally blew away the next best 308 lbs rival, with the advantage of 400 lbs!

Hoff’s Wilks score was 745.2! It was enough for the second place. Heidi Howar was the winner, with the result of 760.91.

But for squat, Dave Hoff set a new record! He ended the competition with a fabulous result of 560kg/1,234.5 lbs! He overcame his own personal best from June this year – 554.7kg/1,223.5 lbs.

Hoff scored an enviable result in other two disciplines too. He benched superb 427.4kg/942.4 lbs. In the deadlift, this muscle mountain reached 337.4kg/744 lbs. Take a look at this monstrous squat below! It looks like he has a perfect control of his body all the time!

His eye-catching Instagram name is Mr.3k14. It looks interesting, right? Well, Dave Hoff earned an outstanding score at the APF Equipped Nationals meet in June this year. It was the magic value of huge 1,367.4kg/3,014.8 lbs. After completing this fantastic result, Dave Hoff rewarded himself with an original social media name. He is also ranked first in multi-ply men’s Wilks Score with the result of 779.38, which he earned in 2013.

Do you expect new magic numbers from this muscle mountain? Can his Wilks Score go higher than 800? Also, this symbol of superhuman strength might squat 590 kg/1300 lbs very soon!
