Crossfit Workout Details

CrossFit organizers have announced the second workout (19.2) in Australia a week after 19.1 was released and it’s quite different. In fact, it seems a little more intense than the first workout. On the CrossFit website, each athlete can choose their workout weight based on gender and age.

Then, competitors must adhere to the guidelines for filming a video of them completing the workouts before sending it in. The top 20 male and female athletes over the 5-week competition will receive an invitation to the CrossFit Games in Madison Wisconsin come August.

Scores are based on reps completed within the time cap of the required workout and here’s a video explaining everything:

Review Open workout details and descriptions carefully at https://t.co/uZ15QPheli. The deadline to submit scores for 19.2 is 5 p.m. PT on March 4.

Here’s the 19.2 workout

Beginning on an eight-minute clock, athletes must complete as many reps as possible of:

● 25 Toes-to-bars

● 50 double-Unders

● 15 squat cleans

● 25 Toes-to-bars

● 50 double-Unders

● 13 squat cleans

If that is completed before eight minutes, four minutes are added to the clock and athletes must complete:

● 25 Toes-to-bars

● 50 double-Unders

● 11 squat cleans

If that is completed before 12 minutes, four more minutes are added to the clock and athletes take on:

● 25 Toes-to-bars

● 50 double-Unders

● Nine squat cleans

Finally, if that’s completed before 16 minutes, add four more minutes to the clock and do:

● 25Toes-to-barss

● 50 double-unders

● Seven squat cleans

“The deadline to submit scores for 19.2 is 5 p.m. PT on March 4”.

Make sure to read the instructions carefully to send in an appropriate video of all workouts done properly and within the required time cap.
