I like to mix it up, when I am doing shoulders, there are a lot of options, including Shoulder Press, Lateral Raises, Bent Over Laterals, Cable High Row and Cybex Shoulder Press etc. It’s necessary to hit the shoulders in different ways and work different angles. Little differences and unique exercises can have a big impact.
#1. Shoulder Press: Reps. 10-12 – Sets 4
#2. Lateral Raises: Reps: 10-12 – Sets 4
#3. Bent Over Laterals: Reps. 10-12 – Sets 3
#4. Cable High Row: Reps: 10-12 – Sets 4
#5. Cybex Shoulder Press: Reps: 10 – Sets 7
