Victor Martinez is one of the top-tier bodybuilders for this generation. He burst into the bodybuilding scene back in 1997 when he competed in the New York Metro Championships where he placed first in the light heavyweight division. He continued to compete in the NPC until 2001 when he competed in the Night of Champions his first IFBB Pro event, he was placed 8th. In 2016 he showed some massive improvements in his overall physiques.

IFBB Pro Victor Martinez knows a thing or two about injury prevention. During his 16 years as a Pro Bodybuilder Victor has had his fair share of injuries. In this video Victor breaks down four of his favorite shoulder exercises, and how to perform them properly to maximize growth and prevent injury.
