Jay Cutler, the former Mr. O, is no stranger to the bodybuilding stage, he has won the Olympia competition 4 times, and even though he has retired from competing, he is still big as hell.

In the above video, he teaches his friend how to train chest the ‘Proper Way’ to Build Mass, not just maintain what you already have but to build your chest.
