The 2023 District of Taiwan Pro took place on December 1-3 in Taiwan. This event served as a qualifier for competitors from the Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, and Bikini categories.
Competitors have already begun mapping out plans to ensure their presence on the sport’s greatest stage — the 2024 Mr. Olympia. The annual 2024 Mr. Olympia Weekend will take over Las Vegas, Nevada once again after hosting their recent extravaganza in Orlando, Florida.
As it stands, only the top three finishers from all divisions at Mr. Olympias are granted automatic qualifications. Therefore, any athlete who wishes to perform at the next Olympia must win a Pro show to ensure their entry.

Classic Physique
Contenders from the Classic Physique category invaded Taiwan for a shot at an early qualifying spot for the 2024 Mr. Olympia. Prejudging saw the conditioning, balance, and symmetry of Jaehun Park stand out. He’s made steady improvements from season to season. In his last outing, Park competed at the 2022 Monsterzym Pro in first place.
Florian Poirson also brought an impressive look. His upper body and shape make him stand out at just about every contest. Poirson last took fifth at the 2022 Texas Pro. This time, Jaehun Park pulled off the big win once again! Florian Poirson and Adejoh Franklin Audu finished second and third.

Men’s Physique
Competitors from Men’s Physique were eager to cement themselves as champion over the weekend. Farouq Ishimoto was among the favorites, who displayed impressive definition and stage presence. Having just placed fifth at the 2023 Japan Pro, Ishimoto was determined to leave nothing to chance on stage.
Bong Seok Choi was another top name looking to do some damage. Last appearing at the 2023 Korea AGP, Choi took second place. With improved condition, he put up a valiant effort but took second place to Farouq Ishimoto. Lovepreet Singh finished third.

Bikini
Bikini athletes shined on stage looking for early qualifying spots for 2024 Mr. Olympia. Among the competitors aiming to take home gold was Uyanga Bataa, whose poise and fullness looked to be on another level. Last taking fourth at the 2023 Monsterzym Pro, she’s always an imposing threat on stage.
In Bataa’s way was Kerry Sexton, an established Bikini Pro who continues to showcase improvements. She last took fifth place at the 2023 Romania Muscle Fest Pro. After a tight race, Uyanga Bataa won first place. Sexton finished second and Ye Jin Kim took third.
