World Records were broken at the 2024 WRPF Ghost Clash, and Alisha Luna is one of the athletes who pulled off the incredible accomplishment. As the competition took place on April 7th in Miami, Florida, Luna came in to compete in the 52-kilogram weight class. However, she exceeded all expectations, having displayed her best performance ever. Moreover, it culminated with a 210.5-kilogram (464.1-pound) Raw Deadlift All-Time World Record.
Alisha Luna’s 2024 WRPF Ghost Clash 3 Performance Overview
It was clear that Alisha Luna came to make history as soon as she appeared in the weigh-in, as her physique looked incredible overall with visibly shredded abs. However, she turned out to be even stronger than expected, managing to set new Competition PRs across all events.
Squat (Wraps)
The division in which Alisha Luna competed, Raw W/Wraps, allowed her to use knee wraps during the squat portion of the competition. Apart from that, she also used a lifting belt. Her heaviest attempt came out to 190 kilograms (418.9 pounds), which improved her former Competition PR from two years ago by 5 kilograms (11 pounds).
- 170 kilograms (374.8 pounds)
- 172.5 kilograms (380.3 pounds)

Bench Press (Raw)
Moving onto the bench press, Alisha Luna did not use any supportive gear apart from the wrist wraps, thus making it a raw lift. She successfully performed all three of her attempts, with the heaviest one being 102.5 kilograms (226 pounds).
With this lift, Alisha Luna set a new Competition PR. Moreover, she performed the lift with impeccable technique, making a significant pause with the bar on her chest and still managing to press it back up. For reference, Luna’s bench press was 1.99x her bodyweight as well.

Deadlift (Raw)
Ultimately, it came time for Alisha Luna to take on her greatest event, the deadlift. She started off strong with a smooth opener of 197.5 kilograms (435.4 pounds). This excited many fans, as her first attempt was never this heavy in any of her prior competitions.
So, for her second attempt, Alisha Luna immediately jumped to a record-breaking 210.5 kilograms (464.1 pounds). With nothing but a lifting belt, Alisha set up a conventional stance and grabbed the bar with a mixed grip. She then began pulling the barbell at a slow but steady pace, which ended with a full lockout. In turn, Luna set a new U52KG All-Time World Record.
On her last try, Alisha Luna made an unsuccessful attempt to advance the record further. She would have also beaten the Total World Record held by the illustrious Stefi Cohen if she were able to deadlift 218 kilograms (480.6 pounds). However, it seems to be a matter of time before Alisha takes that record as well.

- 210.5 kilograms (464.1 pounds) — U52KG All-Time World Record

*Alisha Luna held the old U52KG Raw Deadlift ATWR of 210 kilograms (463 pounds), which she set at the 2023 WRPF National Championships.
