As one of the freakiest bodybuilders in the IFBB Pro League, fan excitement around Michal ‘Krizo’ Krizanek has turned him into one of the Open’s biggest stars. In a recent YouTube video, Krizo smashed his chest and delts with a brutal workout three weeks before competing at the 2024 Empro Classic Pro.
Slovakian mass monster MIchal Krizo has made waves from the moment he earned his Pro card at the EVLS Prague Pro Amateur. In his first Mr. Olympia showing, Krizo shined en route to earning 12th place in a highly successful debut. With remarkable fullness and arms that rival Nick Walker’s, his potential is undeniable.
He caught his stride during the 2023 bodybuilding season, having laid claim to gold at the Empro Classic Pro. When it was time to test his talents against the best in the world, Krizo improved once again; this time, securing seventh place on the prestigious Olympia stage.

He updated his followers on what he trained and revealed that his pre-workout was a ‘gainer’ he used to fuel his performance. With limited opportunities to earn his Olympia qualification, Krizo is leaving no stone unturned in his bid to re-enter the sport’s biggest event of the year.
“It’s about three weeks out of Empro show in Spain. We’re training chest and delts right now, switching between the two.”
“I just have a gainer and go train so my stomach isn’t too full,” shared Krizo.
Before his next bodybuilding destination, Krizo has kept his followers updated on his diet and progress. He shared a staggering 4,500-calorie diet and his supplement stack as he aims to produce gold in under two months. Considering his next-level mass and detailed conditioning, many believe Krizo to be the overwhelming favorite heading into his next contest in Spain.
Fans of bodybuilding anticipate a fierce showing from Michal Krizo as he readies his physique to not only defend his title but earn a coveted 2024 Olympia qualification when he steps on stage June 15-16. Pressure is mounting fast for athletes who are in pursuit of a qualification as the deadline for the IFBB Pro League ends on September 15.
