Hunter Labrada wants to let the world know where he stands heading into his 2024 bodybuilding season. Taking to Instagram, he shared a jacked physique update 13 weeks from his next competition at the Promuscle Italy Pro on September 8. In addition, he discussed his diet and training performance.

“Inside of 13 weeks, 284lbs out of bed this morning, figured I’d share a full transparency update💪🏻
Currently, I don’t feel like I’m dieting! I know that’ll change sooner than later, but as of now training performance is at an all time high, I have more energy due to the fact I’ve lost a little trash weight, and my recovery/fatigue management is golden!”
Labrada continues to utilize a modified push pull legs split with 20 minutes of fasted cardio except on leg days. For recovery on off days, he uses cold plunges and the sauna.
“Currently training 2 on, 1 off, on the following split: push, pull, off, arms, legs, off, repeat. Doing 20 minutes of fasted cardio every day but leg days, and cold plunging and sauna-ing on the off days!”

Hunter Labrada, son of bodybuilding icon Lee Labrada, continues to garner hype among notable veterans of the sport. Former Mr. Olympia Samir Bannout assessed his potential recently, underlining that if Labrada wants to win his next competition, he’ll need to get ‘shredded to the bone.’ He adds that at this point in his preparations, Hunter Labrada is ‘big enough.’
Although it’s not a size competition, Labrada intends to overpower his adversaries in his next showing. Based on his training performance, diet, and physique, he will undoubtedly be one of the biggest favorites at the 2024 Promuscle Italy Pro.
