Roelly Winklaar And Flex Lewis Trains Together Weeks Out From The 2018 Mr. Olympia!

Despite 2018 Mr. Olympia is a couple month away competitors train like a Superman every day. The bodybuilders who want to compete are throwing everything they have to prepare their minds and bodies for the ultimate battle. The two men that drive the most attention are Olympia 212 champion Flex Lewis and the Open Weight competitor Roelly “Dutch Beast” Winklaar.

Both warriors train side by side to maximize their performances before the event. Roelly Winklaar looks dominant when it comes to size and dimensions but he can definitively learn from the 212 champ Flex Lewis how to push harder. Teamwork is a great option since both bodybuilders are complimenting, benefiting, and motivating each other.

This year, Roelly Winklaar aiming for the top three positions at Mr. Olympia and after winning the 2018 Arnold Classic Australia he has some serious momentum heading into this year’s Olympia. The Dutch Beast is well on this way to threatening the top of the division, his monstrous delts were always giving him an advantage.

Flex Lewis took a different approach – consistency is the key for maximum effect. However, he will have to fine tune details with sniper precision if he wants to defeat hungry contenders.
